Protecting Personal Information provided to us by you and using, disclosing, and retaining it in accordance with applicable privacy legislation is of paramount importance to Carmana.

LuxuryRes, Inc., a third party service provider, operates our booking engine and collects, uses, discloses and retains Personal Information as provided by you when making a reservation. We have no control over the content or information management of the third parties and you should be aware that our privacy guidelines apply only to the Personal Information as collected directly by or disclosed to us.  You should be aware that any Personal Information you supply directly to a third party service provider in any manner, is subject to their privacy statement and practices, for which we have no control.

DIRECT MARKETING

We also retain third party service providers in connection with our marketing promotions. From time to time we may use your personal information to send you commercial electronic messages that we think may be of interest to you but we will only do so with your consent. You may, in accordance with applicable law, choose not to receive such promotional messages or opt-out from receiving them at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the promotional messages or contacting us in accordance with the section “How to Contact Us” below.
