Our fully furnished long term stay suites require a minimum booking of 30 days (full details of additional restrictions will be outlined in the rental agreement).
WHAT IS INCLUDED
- Long Term Stay rental rates are tax exempt and include: local calls, wi-fi access and 1 non-assigned parking spot
- Housekeeping service is provided 1x per week on a predetermined day and will be advised when you move in. Service requests outside of the scheduled time will incur additional charges per service.
- Kitchens are equipped with pots and pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils etc. For a full list of items provided, please contact your account manager for more information.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS
- A $1000 non-refundable and non-transferable partial payment must be received to secure a suite. The remaining balance for the first 30 days is due 14 days prior to the commencement date of the stay. Subsequent payments will be automatically charged on the credit card provided as outlined in the payment schedule of the rental agreement.
- Same guest must occupy the suite for the entire period and the guest fully agrees to not sublet/sublease/ or assign the suite booked and understands that to do so can result in the termination of the agreement and any amount paid forfeited.
- 100% Non-smoking Policy: Smoking (including non-tobacco products) is not allowed in any of the suites or balconies. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for each violation
- With the exception of medical assistance animals, pets are not allowed.
- Additional parking will be $25 per day OR prepaid at $350 per month, with in and out privileges. However, these unassigned random parking spaces will be based on availability. Over height parking is not available.
- Extra bedding requests (sofa bed, roll-away bed, crib) are subject to availability and will incur an extra $20 daily charge. Only 1 extra bedding request is allowed in each suite.
- Rates are based on the number of guest indicated in the quote. Each additional adult guest (16 years old and up) will incur an extra $20 daily charge.
- A valid credit card must be provided to guarantee any incidental charges and/or damages incurred. Be advised that a $500 pre-authorization will be taken upon moving in. Any incidental charges incurred must be settled at the time of the next automatic payment or as required, and at the time of check-out.
